Chinese Kickboxing

Chinese Kickboxing is an exciting type of aerobic and anaerobic cardio workout. It is one of the UK's fastest growing forms of exercise. Wutan Chinese Kickboxing combines the best techniques of traditional Kung Fu. You'll feel great while improving your strength, self-confidence, fitness and overall wellbeing from hitting the pads.

You can just train for health and fun, to cultivate your co-ordination, poise, confidence, self esteem and improve the quality of your life. Taking part in sparring or competition is not compulsory. The training will put you in a better position to take on the world in a positive manner.

We have mixed and women only classes available.
